Responsibilities

• Bring an upbeat, friendly attitude to guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make the meal experience special.
• Set and arrange dining tables, including folding napkins and cleaning and placing tableware.
• Inspect tableware to ensure it is clean and in excellent condition, and report issues for immediate repair.
• Keep service stations fully stocked, clean, and ready for service.
• Assist servers by delivering beverages, bread, and other items as needed.
• Clear dishware, glassware, and silverware after meal service and transport them to the dishwashing area.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations to support the well-being of guests and team members.
