Responsibilities

• Conduct patrols of interior and exterior hotel premises to identify and address safety and security risks, threats, and undesirable conditions.
• Conduct preliminary incident investigations, gather relevant information, document findings, and support accurate incident reporting.
• Prepare and maintain accurate security reports and records.
• Assist with responses to safety hazards, fires, medical incidents, and security threats.
• Respond professionally and efficiently to guest inquiries and concerns.
