About The Position

The Security Officer supports facility safety at the Signia by Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort while helping deliver memorable guest experiences. The role monitors hotel premises, assists with investigations and emergency response, maintains security documentation, and provides professional assistance to guests.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interior and exterior security patrols to identify and address safety and security risks, threats, and undesirable conditions.
• Conduct preliminary incident investigations, gather relevant information, document findings, and ensure accurate reporting of security incidents.
• Prepare and maintain accurate security reports and records.
• Assist in responding to safety hazards, fires, medical incidents, and security threats.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
