About The Position

The Security Manager at Signia by Hilton Atlanta manages security operations and facility safety to protect guests, employees, and property while supporting a welcoming hospitality experience. The role oversees security patrols, investigations, emergency responses, documentation, and team development, and ensures compliance with OSHA regulations and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Implement security protocols to protect guests, employees, and property while ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and industry standards.
• Oversee security patrols, identify potential risks, and take proactive measures to address safety and security concerns.
• Assist with investigations involving accidents, thefts, property loss, and policy violations, including documentation and follow-up.
• Manage on-site emergency responses, including fires, medical incidents, and safety hazards, coordinating with appropriate teams.
• Communicate as needed with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies on security-related matters.
• Review and maintain security reports, incident records, and compliance documentation.
• Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
