About The Position

The Executive Steward provides strategic oversight of stewarding operations across Signia by Hilton Atlanta. The role oversees inventory and food service equipment, establishes and enforces sanitation procedures, manages departmental costs, and supervises and develops team members. The position ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to support guest and team member wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily coordination, distribution, storage, and maintenance of china, glassware, linen, silver, and other essential items, ensuring accurate inventory and availability.
• Oversee the security, maintenance, and proper functioning of food service equipment.
• Develop, implement, and oversee sanitation procedures and compliance across food and beverage areas.
• Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining quality standards.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
