About The Position

TRU by Hilton in Manchester is hiring a part-time Hotel Preventative Maintenance Tech - Houseperson. This position assists the maintenance engineer with the hotel building and grounds and the operation of hotel rooms, helping ensure rooms are guest ready. The role also performs houseperson duties, including cleaning and maintaining guest common areas and assisting the front desk with its needs.

The schedule is four shifts per week, with weekend availability required. Pay is $18–$20 per hour. Hilton team members receive hotel room discounts for themselves and their families. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Review maintenance problems, complaints, and work orders to prioritize and schedule work assignments.
• Perform preventive maintenance assignments on a scheduled basis.
• Perform janitorial duties, including taking out trash and cleaning public spaces inside and outside the hotel.
• Clean and maintain guest common areas.
• Assist guests with needs as they come in from the front desk.
• Assist the maintenance engineer with the hotel’s building, grounds, and hotel-room operations to help keep rooms guest ready.
• Assist the front desk with its needs.
