About The Position

Housekeepers are an essential part of the hotel operations team and support the Rooms Division in maintaining the property in sparkling condition. The role is responsible for cleaning and replenishing guest rooms, completing a designated number of rooms per shift, and maintaining housekeeping supplies. Housekeepers also help maintain public areas and provide guests with professional, efficient, prompt, and courteous service.

Requirements

Desire to work in a fast-paced role.

Nice To Haves

Prior housekeeping or related cleaning experience.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and chemical applications.

Responsibilities

Provide guests with professional, efficient, prompt, and courteous service.
Clean and maintain all guestrooms to property-specific standards.
Clean and replenish the designated number of rooms within the assigned shift.
Maintain supplies and organization of the housekeeping cart.
Check rooms and report damage, repair needs, or loss of supplies.
Monitor cleanliness of all public areas, both inside and outside the property.
Attend mandatory staff meetings and training sessions.
Greet and warmly engage guests.
Complete tasks as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager and/or General Manager.
