About The Position

The Housekeeper cleans and replenishes guest rooms, completing a designated number of rooms during each assigned shift and maintaining housekeeping supplies. This role supports the Rooms Division in keeping the hotel in excellent condition and provides guests with professional, efficient, prompt, and courteous service. The position is based at Best Western Ocean View Resort in Seaside, Oregon.

Requirements

Desire to work in a fast-paced role.

Nice To Haves

Prior housekeeping or related cleaning experience.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and chemical applications.

Responsibilities

Provide guests with professional, efficient, prompt, and courteous service.
Clean and maintain guest rooms to property-specific standards.
Clean and replenish the designated number of rooms within the assigned shift.
Maintain housekeeping supplies and keep the housekeeping cart organized.
Check rooms and report damage, repair needs, or missing supplies.
Monitor cleanliness of indoor and outdoor public areas on the property.
Attend mandatory staff meetings and training sessions.
Greet and warmly engage guests.
Complete tasks assigned by the Housekeeping Manager and/or General Manager.
