About The Position

The Housekeeper at The Woods (Student Living) performs cleaning tasks to ensure the cleanliness and proper appearance of vacant apartment homes, the leasing office, and other amenities, helping maintain the property's appeal. The role also supports make-ready activities and helps keep vacant and show units market-ready.

Requirements

Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on the property.

Responsibilities

Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, common-area restrooms, model units, amenities, and vacant apartment homes daily or as directed by a supervisor.
Freshen vacant apartment homes and designated show units throughout the day to maintain market-ready appeal.
Assist with the make-ready process by performing additional duties requested by managers or supervisors.
Inform a supervisor about observed hazards or potentially dangerous situations affecting residents, team members, guests, or others.
Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and notify a supervisor when supplies need to be reordered.
