About The Position

The Housekeeper at The Woods student living performs cleaning and appearance-maintenance tasks for vacant apartment homes, the leasing office, and property amenities to enhance and maintain the property’s appeal. The position cleans shared spaces and prepares vacant and targeted show units to remain fresh and market-ready. It also supports the make-ready process, reports hazards to a supervisor, and keeps track of cleaning supplies.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.

Responsibilities

Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, common-area restrooms, models, amenities, and vacant apartment homes daily or as directed by the appropriate supervisor.
Freshen vacant apartment homes and targeted show units throughout the day to maintain market-ready appeal.
Assist with the make-ready process by performing additional duties requested by appropriate managers or supervisors.
Inform the appropriate supervisor of observed hazards or potentially dangerous situations affecting residents, team members, guests, or others.
Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and notify the appropriate supervisor when supplies need to be reordered.
