About The Position

A Housekeeper supports general resort operations by cleaning resort units and maintaining resort quality standards. The role includes cleaning sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms while adhering to housekeeping detail standards. The Housekeeper also cleans, vacuums, dusts, and sanitizes bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies, and makes beds. Responsibilities include replenishing supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries; sorting, counting, folding, marking, or carrying linens; and maintaining positive relationships with guests and associates. The Housekeeper responds appropriately to guest inquiries and concerns and handles guest issues through resolution to improve the guest experience. The hourly wage is $17.50.
