About The Position

NDM is a family-owned hospitality business expanding from food and beverage into vacation rentals. The company aims to combine the comforts of a vacation home with the experience and consistency of a world-class resort. The Housekeeper is responsible for housekeeping operations at a large resort property and for cleaning and preparing luxury vacation homes to company and brand standards. The role works collaboratively with the Vacation Homes Housekeeping Team and maintains positive relationships within the company.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of housekeeping experience in hotels, resorts, vacation rentals, or residential cleaning.
• Strong knowledge of residential kitchen cleaning and sanitization.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and prepare vacation homes with 4–13 bedrooms according to company standards.
• Work collaboratively with a housekeeping team to complete assigned homes within established productivity goals.
• Perform detailed cleaning of residential kitchens, bathrooms, living and dining areas, laundry rooms, patios, and outdoor areas as assigned.
• Make beds according to company standards and replace required linens.
• Restock amenities, towels, linens, and guest supplies.
• Follow safety procedures regarding chemicals, cleaning equipment, and personal protective equipment.
• Maintain productivity while ensuring exceptional quality standards.
• Assist teammates as needed to ensure homes are completed on time.
• Perform final touch-ups before homes are released.
