About The Position

NDM Hospitality is seeking full-time Housekeepers for its vacation homes at Encore Resort. The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and preparing luxury vacation homes with 4–13 bedrooms according to company and brand standards, while maintaining positive relationships within the company. Housekeepers work collaboratively to meet productivity goals and ensure homes are completed on time and to exceptional quality standards.

Requirements

At least 1 year of housekeeping experience in hotels, resorts, vacation rentals, or residential cleaning.
Strong knowledge of residential kitchen cleaning and sanitization.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Excellent attention to detail.
Reliable transportation.
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

Responsibilities

Clean, sanitize, and prepare vacation homes with 4–13 bedrooms according to company standards.
Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to complete assigned homes within established productivity goals.
Perform detailed cleaning of residential kitchens, bathrooms, living and dining areas, laundry rooms, patios, and outdoor areas as assigned.
Make beds according to company standards and replace required linens.
Restock amenities, towels, linens, and guest supplies.
Follow safety procedures for chemicals, cleaning equipment, and personal protective equipment.
Maintain productivity while ensuring exceptional quality standards.
Assist teammates as needed to ensure homes are completed on time.
Perform final touch-ups before homes are released.
Maintain positive relationships within the company.
