HOUSEKEEPER (FULL AND PART TIME)
About The Position
TouchPoint Support Services is hiring full-time and part-time Housekeepers at Ascension St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The role performs light cleaning duties to keep hospital facilities clean and orderly, including cleaning rooms and halls, making beds, replenishing linens, and vacuuming. Housekeepers provide detailed customer service to patients, families, visitors, and others, and contribute to a professional, collaborative team. The listed pay range is $15.00 to $17.00 per hour. The schedule is 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. on second shift, with days varying. Days off are either Friday and Saturday or Sunday and Monday; further details are provided during the interview. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer service with one-on-one attention to detail.
- Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors.
- Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies.
- Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
- Dust and polish furniture and fittings.
- Clean metal fixtures and fittings.
- Empty and clean trash containers and dispose of trash sanitarily.
- Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
- Wipe down glass surfaces.
- Make beds and change linens as required.
- Realign furniture and amenities according to the prescribed layout.
- Respond to guest queries and requests.
- Respond to housekeeping problems, such as spills and broken glasses.
- Contribute to team efforts and exhibit professionalism with customers, fellow associates, and others.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
