About The Position

QSL Management is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeper / Dining Attendant for Dogwood Terrace by Barclay House. The role combines housekeeping with dining-room and meal-service support, helping create clean, safe, welcoming spaces and a positive dining experience for residents. The stated schedule is Monday through Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. The position supports the community’s resident-focused approach and requires a caring, respectful, service-oriented manner.

Requirements

A caring heart and willingness to serve others.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Desire to work with seniors.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Previous housekeeping or food service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain the community in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition.
Clean resident rooms, offices, clinical spaces, common areas, restrooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways.
Use cleaning chemicals, supplies, and methods in accordance with procedures and state guidelines.
Operate and maintain housekeeping equipment properly.
Transport trash and hazardous waste to appropriate disposal areas.
Replenish cleaning and paper supplies as needed.
Set up and break down dining areas before and after meals.
Keep dining rooms clean, organized, and welcoming for residents and guests.
Set tables, deliver meals, and provide friendly, attentive service during dining hours.
Clear tables, wash dishes, and maintain dining and kitchen service areas.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Assist residents as needed to support a pleasant and comfortable dining experience.
Treat residents, visitors, and team members with warmth and respect.
Support other departments as needed to help ensure a high-quality resident experience.
