About The Position

We are a warm, down-to-earth family of four with two school-age children, two lovable large dogs, and a beautiful four-acre property that we truly love calling home. Life is full in all the best ways—sports practices, school events, family activities, and the everyday rhythms of raising young children. One parent works from home while managing two businesses, and the other travels frequently for work, creating a dynamic household that is busy, active, and always moving. After years of managing everything ourselves, we've realized that what we value most isn't perfection—it's having the right support so we can spend more time focused on our family and less time juggling household logistics. We are excited to welcome someone into our home who enjoys creating order, bringing calm to busy days, and making a meaningful impact behind the scenes. This is not a role where you'll be walking into chaos; we have established routines, trusted vendors, and a family that genuinely appreciates and respects the people who help make our lives run smoothly. The areas where we'd love the most support are meal preparation, household organization, and vendor coordination. We are working to prioritize healthier eating as a family and would love someone who enjoys food, meal planning, and helping us sit down to home-cooked meals more often. We also appreciate a tidy, well-maintained home and would love a partner who takes pride in creating spaces that feel welcoming and organized. Living on four acres means there is always a project, appointment, or vendor visit happening, and having someone help manage those moving pieces would be invaluable. We're looking for more than someone to complete tasks—we're looking for a trusted partner. We deeply value professionalism, communication, initiative, and long-term relationships. The right person will be appreciated, trusted, and given the autonomy to truly make this role their own. If you enjoy creating order, supporting a busy family, and being part of a household where your contributions are genuinely valued, we believe this could be a very special opportunity.
