House Manager & Family Assistant (With Meal Prep Support)

Sage HausFranklin, TN
$30 - $35Onsite

About The Position

We are a busy, warm, and systems-driven family of four with two young children and a friendly dog. Our home is our sanctuary and our headquarters, where we work from home. We are intentionally searching for someone to join our support network to help keep the household calm, organized, and well-supported. We have had great experiences with house managers and are looking for someone ready to grow with us for the long haul. This role is a meaningful responsibility, and we are looking for someone who genuinely invests in our family and takes pride in keeping the home running smoothly. The ideal candidate is energetic, flexible, genuinely enjoys being around young children, is highly organized, a self-starter, and adapts when plans shift. They should bring a calm, can-do attitude, be systematic, detail-oriented, and always one step ahead. Strong meal prep and cooking skills are essential, as is the ability to create simple, healthy meals. The role involves organizational projects, running errands, occasional childcare, and comfort with digital household systems, online bill pay, and researching quotes. Trustworthiness, discretion, and emotional steadiness are key. While professionalism is valued, building a genuine relationship with the family is important. This is viewed as a chosen career, and pride in the work is expected.
