About The Position

We are a warm, joyful, and busy family of five looking for a House Manager & Family Assistant with Meal Prep Support. Our home is filled with laughter, movement, after-school activities, sports, family dinners, and everyday moments. We are intentional about creating a home that feels welcoming, supportive, and connected, valuing kindness, teamwork, and raising capable, confident children. We need someone who can help reinforce these values while providing steady support behind the scenes. We are looking for a true household partner who naturally notices what needs attention, creates systems that make life run more smoothly, and takes genuine pride in caring for a home with consistency and heart. This role is more than a job; it's an opportunity to become a trusted, long-term part of our family's support system, bringing warmth, initiative, good judgment, and a calm presence. You will manage the rhythm of everyday life, including keeping laundry moving, preparing nourishing meals, staying ahead of household needs, helping kids build independence, and creating organization that allows our family to slow down and enjoy each other. Our 5-year-old Bernedoodle is a beloved member of our family and requires daily care and attention.
