About The Position

We are a busy, warm, and systems-driven family of four with two young children and a friendly dog. Our home is our sanctuary and our headquarters — we work from home, but it is also a fun and inviting space for our kids. Our household runs best when it feels calm, organized, and well-supported behind the scenes. With full hearts and a full schedule, help is essential. We have come to realize the right support at home doesn’t just reduce stress, it gives us back the moments that matter most. We have strong family values and are deeply invested in spending more quality time together. We are intentionally searching for someone to join our support network. We've had great experiences with house managers in the past, and we're now looking for someone ready to grow with us for the long haul. Our days have a natural rhythm, but life with little ones means that rhythm is always subject to change. This fall, we're beginning a homeschooling journey, and we're excited to have the right person alongside us as our routine evolves. We're looking for someone who doesn't just check off tasks, but who genuinely invests in our family and takes pride in keeping the home running smoothly.
