About The Position

Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring a House Attendant for the San Antonio Marriott Northwest. The role supports hotel cleanliness and guest satisfaction by maintaining public spaces, assisting room attendants, and delivering requested items to guest rooms. House Attendants help ensure guests have a comfortable stay through careful attention to detail, teamwork, and friendly service.

Requirements

Housekeeping experience is desirable.
Neat, pleasant personality.
Time management skills.
Ability to work on feet for an extended period.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to move, traverse, and position oneself to reach floor corners and high places; observe conditions and detect odors; and position and navigate carts weighing up to 100 lbs in tight spaces.
Ability to operate spray bottles, vacuums, mops, brooms, dust pans, scrub pads, and dusters.
Ability to lift, carry, and position loads of at least 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well.
Work with the team to achieve resort and hotel cleanliness.
Walk assigned floors at the beginning and end of the shift to collect bags, trash, and soiled linen.
Pick up clean linen and refill linen par stock in each floor pantry.
Deliver towels, cribs, cots, and other requested items to guest rooms.
Perform room attendant duties when necessary.
Refill guest amenities and supplies in each floor pantry.
Assist room attendants with heavy lifting during room super-cleaning and spring-cleaning.
Clean public areas according to prescribed methods and department standard operating procedures.
Remove soiled linen and trash from service areas and take them to the appropriate locations as prescribed.
Respond to guests and team members in a friendly and helpful manner.
