About The Position

House Attendants, referred to in the description as Guest Environment Experts, maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel and help create a memorable guest experience. Duties may include delivering guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public spaces, and performing similar housekeeping responsibilities. The role requires working safely, following company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and quality standards, and keeping a professional uniform, appearance, and manner of communication. Associates may also be asked to perform other reasonable job duties.

Requirements

• Able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel.
• Deliver guest requests.
• Stock carts.
• Clean rooms and public spaces.
• Follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, uphold quality standards, and ensure professional appearance and communications.
