About The Position

The House Attendant supports the hotel’s housekeeping team by maintaining clean and sanitary public areas and equipment, responding to guest requests, assisting with meeting-room and event setup, and helping maintain a safe and secure environment. The role calls for attention to detail, a service-oriented attitude, and the ability to handle physical tasks and remain calm under pressure.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to stay calm and work well under pressure.
• For driving roles, a valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.

Nice To Haves

• Hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across hotel facilities and equipment, including lobbies, restrooms, carpets, and furniture.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, including delivering requested items and services.
• Assist with setting up meeting rooms and events, ensuring details are in place.
• Help safeguard sensitive areas and handle lost-and-found items responsibly.
• Follow safe work practices to prevent injuries and maintain a secure environment.
• Support the housekeeping team.
