About The Position

The Laundry Attendant processes and stocks guest room and Food & Beverage linen. The role operates laundry equipment, uses washing chemicals according to supplier recommendations and with Executive Housekeeper approval, and follows applicable safety documentation and management company standards. The attendant may also perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Sort, weigh, wash, dry, iron, fold, and stock guest room and Food & Beverage linen.
• Understand and follow the operating functions of all equipment, and report damage, hazards, or defective equipment to a supervisor.
• Use washing chemicals and control supply quantities as recommended by the chemical supplier, with approval from the Executive Housekeeper.
• Follow all Material Safety Data Sheet documents and management company Safety Standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
