About The Position

The Complimentary AM Attendant helps create a welcoming breakfast experience for hotel guests. The role involves preparing and providing breakfast items and beverages, keeping food service and dining areas clean, stocked, and organized, and maintaining brand standards. The attendant greets guests, answers questions about hotel amenities and breakfast options, shares information about local attractions, and responds to guest needs and special requests. The position also supports the team with tasks such as clearing tables, refreshing buffet stations, dishwashing, restocking, and tidying up. It requires staying on one's feet and lifting and carrying items weighing 20–50 pounds, while remaining professional during busy periods.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in food and beverage or hospitality is a plus.
• Ability to stay on one's feet and lift and carry items weighing 20–50 pounds.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Ability to multitask and remain professional under pressure.

Responsibilities
