About The Position
The Complimentary AM Attendant helps guests begin their day with a pleasant breakfast experience. The role includes preparing and serving breakfast food and beverages, maintaining clean and stocked dining and service areas, refreshing buffet stations, clearing tables, and providing friendly assistance to guests. The attendant answers questions about hotel amenities and breakfast options, shares information about local attractions, responds to guest requests and issues, and helps with tasks such as dishwashing, restocking, and tidying.
Requirements
- Ability to stay on one's feet and move throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing 20–50 lbs.
- Ability to remain professional and composed during busy periods.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in food and beverage or hospitality is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and answer questions about hotel amenities and breakfast options.
- Share information about local attractions.
- Prepare and provide breakfast items and beverages while maintaining food safety and cleanliness.
- Keep service areas clean, organized, and stocked in accordance with brand standards.
- Clear tables and refresh buffet stations.
- Anticipate guest needs and handle special requests or issues calmly and creatively.
- Assist with dishwashing, restocking, and tidying as needed.
- Communicate and collaborate with the team.
