About The Position

The House Attendant maintains cleanliness and sanitation throughout hotel facilities and equipment, responds to guest requests, assists with meeting-room and event setup, and supports the housekeeping team. The role requires attention to detail, a service-oriented attitude, and the ability to handle physical tasks and remain calm under pressure. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required for driving roles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across hotel facilities and equipment, including lobbies, restrooms, carpets, and furniture.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, including delivering requested items.
• Assist with meeting-room and event setup, ensuring details are in place.
• Safeguard sensitive areas and responsibly manage lost-and-found items.
• Follow safe work practices to help prevent injuries and maintain a secure environment.
• Support the housekeeping team.
