About The Position

The Banquets House Person supports event operations by preparing banquet spaces, maintaining cleanliness, organizing and replenishing supplies, helping maintain a safe environment, and breaking down events. The role calls for attention to detail, clear communication, sound decision-making, and the ability to remain composed under pressure. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; prior hotel or related experience is preferred. A valid state driver’s license and clean driving record are required if driving is part of the role.

The position is at Delta Hotels by Marriott Dallas Southlake in Southlake, Texas. Employees hired into full-time positions become eligible for a competitive benefits package after an initial waiting period. Daily Pay is also offered; applicants should ask their recruiter for details.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet spaces and ensure events are ready on time.
• Clean banquet areas, including carpets and windows.
• Keep the storeroom stocked and organized for meetings and food events.
• Know the exits, identify hazards, and help maintain safety.
• Break down events and store supplies and equipment for future use.
