About The Position

The House Aide works with the housekeeping team to maintain cleanliness throughout Margaritaville Resort Fort Myers Beach. The role helps ensure a hygienic and welcoming environment for guests and staff while assisting with housekeeping operations as needed. This is a full-time seasonal position in Fort Myers Beach, Florida.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to walk and stand for long hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of housekeeping experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and quality standards in public spaces, offices, meeting rooms, and other required areas.
• Wipe down and sanitize door handles and other frequently touched surfaces.
• Routinely sanitize surfaces in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
• Assist housekeeping staff with cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and common areas as needed.
• Keep janitorial equipment clean, properly maintained, and free of marks.
• Safely handle and dispose of biohazardous or hazardous materials in compliance with regulations.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Promptly report maintenance or repair issues to leadership.
