About The Position

Hourly Managers are responsible for ensuring each shift runs smoothly. The role includes training new associates, setting an example by remaining calm, opening and closing the store, maintaining the highest product standards, and providing exceptional customer service. This is an extremely hands-on position that requires working up front with guests and staff across shifts in a fast-paced environment. The position offers 30–40 hours per week, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to grow as the company opens more stores.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• At least 6 months of proven management experience in food service or a leadership role in a related industry.
• Must be able to work hands-on across all shifts, taking care of guests and staff.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and energetic.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be able to work full-time with open availability, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Solid employment track record with positive references.
• Must be able to stand and walk constantly.
• Must be able to occasionally push, pull, lift, or carry up to 55 pounds independently and safely.
• Must be able to occasionally ascend or descend ladders, stairs, ramps, and similar structures.
• Must be able to use a computer, point-of-sale register, and found equipment constantly.
• Must be able to frequently and continually flex or rotate the wrist and spine.
• Must be able to reach, turn, and perform precision work around the fountain area constantly.
• Must be able to speak and exchange ideas constantly.
• Must have constant clarity of vision at near and/or far distances.
• Must be able to work outside in various weather conditions.
