Hourly Manager
About The Position
Hourly Managers ensure each shift runs smoothly while maintaining high product standards and providing exceptional customer service. The role includes training new associates, setting an example by remaining calm, and opening and closing the store. It is a hands-on position that involves working up front with guests and staff across all shifts in a fast-paced environment. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- At least 6 months of proven management experience in food service or a leadership role in a related industry.
- Must be able to physically work all shifts in a hands-on, guest- and staff-facing role.
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and energetic.
- Must be able to work full-time with open availability, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Solid employment track record with positive references.
- Must be able to meet the listed physical requirements, including standing and walking constantly; occasionally pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 55 pounds; occasionally using ladders, stairs, or ramps; and working outside in various weather conditions.
