Hourly Managers (also referred to as Shift Managers) help ensure each shift runs smoothly. The role includes training new associates, modeling calm and professional behavior, opening and closing the store, maintaining high product standards, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a hands-on position working up front with guests and staff rather than in an office. Managers are expected to lead by example, uphold operational standards in a fast-paced environment, and support team development through coaching and feedback. The position requires full-time availability, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
