The Night Auditor also performs Front Desk Agent duties and serves as the night manager on duty when hotel management and front office supervisors are absent. The position requires delivering exceptional, professional, and courteous guest service, including responding with patience, compassion, and empathy to upset or frustrated guests. The employee maintains a professional appearance and wears a hotel uniform, respects guest privacy and confidentiality, attends required meetings and training, follows department and casino policies and regulations, and helps protect company assets. The role must comply with Tribal, State, Federal, and NIGC regulations. Work may include nights, weekends, and holidays, and other duties may be assigned.
