About The Position

Town Pump Hotel Group is seeking a motivated and outgoing Hotel Manager in Training who will model its mission of “Genuine Hospitality from genuine people committed to providing comfort and service.” This role provides cross-training in hotel operations, working with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to perform hotel property duties according to Town Pump and brand operational standards. Requirements

Valid Montana Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Become proficient in hotel operations, including housekeeping, staffing, marketing, maintenance, guest experience, and food services.
Cross-train with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to perform hotel property duties in accordance with Town Pump and brand operational standards.
Interact courteously and professionally with guests, co-workers, and management, maintaining a business-professional image while representing the company.
Complete required company and brand-specific training and certifications.
Model and supervise staff guest-service and hospitality practices, and demonstrate an understanding of profitability.
Observe daily operational duties demonstrated by the General Manager and Assistant General Manager.
Report known issues with services, equipment, and property, and ensure work orders are in place.
Practice safe working conditions for employees and guests in accordance with OSHA guidelines.
Maintain familiarity with emergency procedures for accidents, fire, bomb threats, phone and internet issues, security, weather, and guest illness.
Assist any department where a heavy workload exists.
Maintain confidentiality of employee, guest, and company information in accordance with Town Pump expectations.
Maintain a valid Montana Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
