About The Position

The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the housekeeping department at FORTH Hotel and Club in Atlanta. The role leads housekeeping staff in maintaining clean, welcoming guest rooms and public areas, supporting laundry operations, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. The supervisor helps ensure cleanliness, quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met while coordinating with other departments and responding to guest needs.

Requirements

Three years of experience in luxury hotel housekeeping.
Proven supervisory or leadership experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
Proficiency with housekeeping software and systems.
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
