About The Position

The Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor oversees daily housekeeping operations at FORTH Hotel and Club, including room cleaning, public-area maintenance, and laundry. The role leads and supports the housekeeping team to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, sanitation, and guest service. The supervisor conducts quality inspections, manages supplies and equipment, assists with staff scheduling, works with other departments, and responds professionally to guest inquiries and complaints.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in luxury hotel housekeeping.
Proven supervisory or leadership experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
Proficiency with housekeeping software and systems.
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
