About The Position

Homewood Suites by Hilton Wichita at The Waterfront is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented housekeeper to help keep guest rooms and public areas clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The role involves providing housekeeping service to hotel standards and meeting daily room assignments and productivity goals. It is described as a full-time position in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Housekeeper, Room Attendant, Hotel Housekeeper, Janitorial Associate, or Cleaner is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Positive attitude and dependable work ethic.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout the shift.
Basic math and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a Housekeeper, Room Attendant, Hotel Housekeeper, Janitorial Associate, or Cleaner.

Responsibilities

Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel brand standards.
Make beds, change linens, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and sanitize bathrooms.
Replenish guest room amenities, towels, and supplies.
Clean hallways, public areas, lobbies, and other common spaces.
Assist with laundry operations as needed.
Maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory levels.
Promptly report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or damaged items.
Follow hotel safety, cleanliness, and sanitation procedures.
Work efficiently to meet daily room assignments and productivity goals.
