About The Position
The Laundry Attendant processes hotel linens to ensure guests have fresh, clean laundry. The role includes gathering, sorting, inspecting, washing, drying, fluffing, and folding linens while maintaining quality and a steady workflow. It requires staying active and on one’s feet, lifting laundry loads, bending, and stretching throughout the shift. The attendant also keeps the workspace organized, ensures clean linens are available when needed, follows safe lifting practices, and works with the team to meet linen demands.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in a hotel, laundry, housekeeping, or related field preferred.
- Ability to lift laundry loads and bend and stretch throughout the shift.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain an efficient workflow.
