About The Position

O’Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC is hiring a Hotel Front Desk Guest Service Representative / Guest Experience Host for the Moxy Hotel by Marriott in Springfield, Missouri. At Moxy, check-in takes place at the bar, and the front desk experience is designed to be social and engaging. The Guest Experience Host welcomes guests, handles check-ins and check-outs, serves drinks, shares local recommendations, and helps create a lively atmosphere. The role also includes registration, room assignments, guest inquiries, reservations, billing, payments, and coordination with other hotel departments. The schedule is flexible and includes nights, weekends, and holidays. The work takes place indoors, with minimal exposure to adverse conditions.

Requirements

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems.
• Proficiency with PMS and Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Hospitality customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests and assist with registration and room assignments.
• Handle guest inquiries about hotel services, dining, entertainment, and travel directions.
• Manage room availability, guest accounts, and billing.
• Post charges, process payments, and make change.
• Make reservations and handle guest requests, including safekeeping of valuables.
• Communicate effectively with other departments.
• Follow hotel credit policies and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Support team members and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, serve drinks, and share local recommendations.
