About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Hotel General Manager to oversee hotel operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The role calls for a strong hospitality leader with excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills who is committed to outstanding customer service. The General Manager oversees operational performance, revenue, guest satisfaction, brand standards, employees, regulatory compliance, and timely operational reporting. The position requires availability for on-call responsibilities and emergency coverage, and willingness to work all shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays. Compensation is a salary of $60,000–$70,000.

Requirements

Previous experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager.
Ability to lead, delegate, and resolve conflicts professionally.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Professional demeanor and excellent guest service skills.
Must meet property grooming standards.
Willingness to work all shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Oversee all hotel operations to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction and ensure compliance with brand standards.
Lead marketing and advertising efforts to drive occupancy and revenue.
Develop and maintain positive relationships within the local community.
Manage inventory and record-keeping, and ensure budgeted cost controls.
Hire, train, and motivate employees while fostering teamwork and growth.
Handle guest, employee, and property issues professionally.
Be available for on-call responsibilities and emergency coverage.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Submit required reports on revenue, expenses, and operations in a timely manner.
