About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Hotel General Manager to oversee hotel operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The role calls for a strong hospitality leader with excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service. The salary range is $60,000–$70,000. The General Manager oversees operations to maximize revenue, guest satisfaction, and compliance with brand standards; leads marketing and advertising efforts; maintains positive relationships in the local community; and manages inventory, records, and budgeted cost controls. The role also includes hiring, training, and motivating employees; handling guest, employee, and property issues professionally; maintaining regulatory compliance; and ensuring operational and financial reports are submitted on time. The manager must be available for on-call responsibilities and emergency coverage and be willing to work all shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

Previous experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager.
Ability to lead, delegate, and resolve conflicts professionally.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Professional demeanor and excellent guest service skills.
Must meet property grooming standards.
Willingness to work all shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays.
