Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage seating arrangements and wait lists to support smooth restaurant flow and guest satisfaction.
• Accurately process guest payments and responsibly handle cash, credit card, and other transactions.
• Answer phones, respond to guest questions, and assist with carryout or to-go orders as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand, front entrance, and dining areas.
• Communicate with servers, kitchen staff, and managers to support efficient operations.
• Take initiative to improve daily work, put the team first, remain open to feedback, and treat others respectfully.
• Communicate thoughtfully and use good judgment in different situations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
