About The Position

The Host/Cashier welcomes guests, manages front-of-house flow, processes transactions accurately, and creates a warm and friendly first impression. The role calls for positive energy, strong communication skills, and a team-first mindset. No experience is required; prior host or cashier experience is a plus. The position requires working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, as well as stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods. Additional duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage seating arrangements and wait lists to support smooth restaurant flow and guest satisfaction.
• Accurately process guest payments and responsibly handle cash, credit cards, and other transactions.
• Answer phones, assist guests with questions, and support carryout or to-go orders as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand, front entrance, and dining areas.
• Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and managers to support efficient operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
