About The Position

JDK Management Company is seeking a Host/Cashier to welcome guests, handle transactions accurately, and create a warm, friendly first impression. The successful candidate brings positive energy, strong communication skills, and a team-first mindset to every shift. The role supports smooth restaurant operations and guest satisfaction by coordinating seating, assisting guests, and working with restaurant staff. Additional duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• No experience is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage seating arrangements and wait lists to support smooth restaurant flow and guest satisfaction.
• Accurately process guest payments and responsibly handle cash, credit card, and other transactions.
• Answer phones, assist guests with questions, and support carryout or to-go orders as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand, front entrance, and dining areas.
• Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and managers to support efficient operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
