Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant, hospitality, or high-volume leadership experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Guest-focused, solution-oriented, and passionate about developing Team Members.
- Ability to multitask and succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs., and perform physical duties required by the position.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.
- Food Handler’s certification may be required based on local or state regulations.
Responsibilities
- Take a hands-on leadership approach to support the Company’s vision, brand, and operational standards.
- Uphold elevated service and hospitality standards while holding Team Members accountable to consistent execution.
- Coach, train, motivate, and develop Team Members in hospitality, service, menu execution, systems, and company programs.
- Lead by example while creating a positive, guest-focused team environment.
- Identify solutions and opportunities for process improvement to strengthen restaurant operations.
- Support labor management, scheduling, and overall operational performance.
