About The Position
A paid summer-season internship offering career-minded students hands-on experience in hospitality and exposure to both operational floor work and management. Interns may work within a diverse portfolio of parks, lodges, hotels, marinas, and other visitor destinations. Each internship site offers a different program experience, responsibilities, learning opportunities, and professional development offerings. Limited housing may be available at some locations; availability varies by site. Applicants are encouraged to specify their preferred location and consider housing and commuting options.
Requirements
- Be ambitious and eager to learn new skills.
- Have strong attention to detail.
- Be an effective communicator and team player.
- Be comfortable living with a roommate in employee-designated housing if housing is available.
- Be a high school graduate.
- Have a minimum of two years of relevant education in a dedicated major or degree program.

Responsibilities
- Actively participate in departmental training programs as directed.
- Contribute to departmental success while gaining exposure to retail, food and beverage services, lodging, marina operations, and campground management.
