About The Position

The Hospitality Internship Program offers career-minded students paid, hands-on experience in hospitality during the summer season. Interns gain exposure to operational floor work and management across the company’s portfolio, which includes parks, lodges, marinas, museums, lodging, food and beverage, retail, and campground operations. Each site offers a distinct program experience, responsibilities, learning opportunities, and professional development offerings. Applicants should specify their preferred location and may need to be able to commute; limited employee housing is available at certain locations, with availability varying by site. Where housing is available, interns should be comfortable sharing with a roommate.

Requirements

Be ambitious and eager to learn new skills.
Have strong attention to detail.
Be an effective communicator and team player.
Where employee housing is available, be comfortable living with a roommate in designated housing.
Be a high school graduate.
Have a minimum of two years of relevant education in a dedicated major or degree program.

Responsibilities
