About The Position

Stericycle is now part of WM. Under management direction, the Hospital Services Technician travels between customer healthcare facilities to provide scheduled, on-site collection and exchange of waste containers for WM Healthcare Solutions programs. Services include Sharps Management, Pharmaceutical Waste, Controlled Substances, and Document Management. The role requires on-site presence at customer locations and compliance with customer-imposed mandatory immunization requirements. It is a safety-sensitive field position operating in indoor garage, shop, or gas-plant conditions and outdoors, including in inclement weather, heat, and humidity. Candidates must comply with safety rules and protocols and may be subject to drug and alcohol testing under government regulations and company policies.

Requirements

Valid driver's license.
On-site presence at WM Healthcare Solutions customer locations.
Compliance with mandatory immunization requirements imposed by customer facilities.
Strong communication skills and tact in providing superior customer service in a variety of settings and situations.
Two years of industry-related experience in a customer service capacity is preferred, or equivalent related work experience.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED (accredited).
Two years of industry-related customer service experience, or equivalent related work experience.

Responsibilities
