About The Position

Under management direction, the Hospital Services Worker travels between customer healthcare facilities to provide scheduled, on-site collection and exchange of waste containers for WM Healthcare Solutions programs. Services include Sharps Management, Pharmaceutical Waste, Controlled Substances, and Document Management. The role requires professional interaction with customer staff, adherence to service schedules, and communication of duty status. The position requires on-site presence at customer locations and compliance with their mandatory immunization requirements. It is safety-sensitive and may involve drug and alcohol testing. The work includes inside garage, shop, or gas plant conditions and outdoor conditions, including inclement weather, heat, and humidity.

Requirements

Be able to work on-site at WM Healthcare Solutions customer locations and comply with customer-mandated immunization requirements.
Valid driver's license.
Strong communication skills and tact in providing superior customer service in a variety of settings and situations.

Nice To Haves

Two years of industry-related experience in a customer service capacity, or equivalent related work experience.
High school diploma or GED (accredited).
Have or be willing to obtain a REAL ID or TSA-approved alternative if required for business air travel or access to federal property.

Responsibilities
