About The Position

Aspirus Divine Savior Hospital in Portage, Wisconsin, is seeking a Hospital Registration Representative I to join its Patient Access-Registration team. The role is accountable for front-end functions in the patient admission process, including pre-registration, insurance verification, benefit eligibility, and patient registration.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a high degree of professionalism.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, under pressure, and within time restraints.
• Ability to accept change and proactively offer ideas and suggestions.
• Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with providers, patients, staff, and the public.
• Ability to establish priorities and coordinate work activities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality throughout all phases of work.

Nice To Haves

• Typing speed of 40 words per minute preferred.
