About The Position

Xanitos, Inc. is hiring full-time Hospital Housekeepers for the third shift at Flagstaff Medical Center in Flagstaff, Arizona. The role cleans and maintains an orderly condition in facilities and locations across a health care campus. Housekeepers may work in any location on client premises, and responsibilities may vary based on business needs, client requirements, and applicable industry standards. The position pays $19.05 per hour and is scheduled from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., including rotational weekends and holidays. Qualified candidates may receive immediate offers.

Requirements

Experience in the janitorial industry is a plus.
Medical cleaning experience is a plus.
Must complete post-offer medical screening, background screening, and a drug test.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing and walking; handling and reaching; climbing or balancing; stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling; and frequently lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work in a standing position for long periods.
Visual abilities include close, distance, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus, with or without corrective lenses.

Responsibilities

Clean and polish lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.
Sweep and/or vacuum floors.
Dust furniture and equipment.
Polish metalwork.
Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
Empty wastebaskets and transport trash and waste to the disposal area.
Replenish bathroom supplies.
Transport small equipment or tools between departments.
